28 Sunset Captiva (or Captiva Sunset Paradise) is a lovely home with 2 Bedrooms plus a large sleeping Loft and 2 Baths. Located in an exclusive beachfront area of Sunset Captiva, very tropical and quiet, it accommodates 6-7 very comfortably and is just steps to Captiva's white sandy beach! It is in the desirable village area with all the lovely shops and restaurants.

Sunset Captiva is a private community located on the Gulf of Mexico side of Captiva Island in the heart of its Old Florida style village.

Seven homes are beach front. There are some bay side condos also part of this community with access to the amenities.  Homes are less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, the condos are 5-10 minutes to the beach.  All of Captiva's lovely shops and restaurants are in walking distance.  Some of the owners use their homes as their full time residence, and some are rented.  Amenities include: community pool, 2 tennis courts  and a marina.

Homes must be rented on a 7 night minimum basis. Most are on a Saturday to Saturday schedule.

   

 

With access to two tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, breathtaking sunsets and wonderful shelling you have located the ideal spot for your family's dream vacation!
